I am currently consulting for real estate investors and developers assisting in their construction and development operations. I was previously a project manager in the infrastructure and oil/gas/chemical construction world mostly around structural concrete and civil operations. My wife and I are currently focused on private money lending, investing in syndications and STRs, and testing and building businesses around different cash-flowing interests.
