I have invested in Real Estate since I was 19. I started investing in Hawaii in 2008 right before leaving on a deployment to Afghanistan, got back with money saved, converted a single family into a triplex after doing a rehab that cost ENTIRELY too much. After a falling out with my business partner I liquidated all of my holdings over the past 4 years. I was a licensed realtor on Long Island in 2014 and didn't take it seriously. After a brief stint returning to school and realizing it still wasn't the right move for me I jumped head first into sales. For the last 5 years I've been heavily rooted in sales with 3 years of sales door to door leading a highly successful team of 15 people in the rain snow sleet and heat. The past 2 years I've been a corporate recruiter in Cyber Security (specifically Offensive Security). One year at a boutique firm in Manhattan NY and for the past year with my girlfriend in our own private practice. Everything ALWAYS comes back to real estate for me. Since I was 18 years old. I'm 31 now and have decided to become serious about my future in Real Estate. My girlfriend and I are investing a chunk of our savings into #vanlife and will be available to relocate anywhere in the continental United States for mentorship and potential partnership.
