I believe joining the BiggerPockets team will help guide me with my newborn steps to reaching FI and help others along the way. Looking to build(or join) a solid team of like minded individuals to share ideas, goals and perhaps invest together for our future. 2019 goal: buy my first house hack in the Richmond area using an FHA or VA. I will live in it for 1 year and rent it out. 2020 goal: survive Covid. Rent out Richmond home, transfer with work to Tallahassee Florida, move in with mom and start searching for another rental property in the state of Florida. 2021 goal: build a team to work together.
