About myself
I'm an Army veteran living in Maryland and am primarily focusing on utilizing the BRRRR method. We jumped into the BRRRR property in 2021 with plans of purchasing and rehabbing one, but ending the year with three properties. We're getting started with our next two in 2022! Our BRRRR properties are currently in Baltimore, a duplex in Pennsylvania, and our original SFH in Arlington, VA. Our goal is to retire early in 2025 and travel the world via our vehicle (overlanding).
