Hi I’m Brian. I’m on a path to retire from my 9-5 within 10 years via buy and hold real estate. I currently own an 8 unit building and house hack a duplex. I’m currently looking for more buy and hold opportunities, specifically buildings with 5-12 units in Rhode Island or Southern Massachusetts.
