I started my real estate investing journey in 2017 and now, in 2021, we have a total 6 townhomes. In April 2020 we launched our first short-term rental in Idaho Falls which has been great for increasing monthly cash flow. With our latest acquisition in Rigby we launched a 2nd short term rental which has been a hit for travelers visiting Yellowstone, Grand Teton, And Glacier National Parks. I've also done property management, have my Real Estate license in Idaho, have managed storage units, and managed a top real estate team in the Idaho Falls, ID market. I recently joined Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty as their marketing coordinator, putting my Marketing and Communications degrees to work and am looking forward to learning more about the luxury market around Jackson, WY and Teton Valley, Idaho.
