My work combines real estate brokerage, project development, construction coordination, underwriting, and investment analysis. I am actively involved in new construction and redevelopment projects ranging from infill housing to townhome and condominium developments, and spend a significant amount of time evaluating buildability, zoning constraints, construction economics, and project feasibility. I primarily work with: investors entering the Cleveland market, small to mid-sized multifamily buyers, infill and redevelopment-focused investors, and clients looking beyond simple turnkey cash flow metrics. I tend to be most useful to investors seeking practical insight into: neighborhood and submarket dynamics, renovation and construction realities, entitlement and development considerations, project feasibility, and long-term value creation strategies. Our company is a licensed general contractor in the City of Cleveland, with experience in residential construction, build-to-rent projects, commercial build-outs, and select commercial/industrial new construction. We can assist with everything from site identification and acquisition through construction and leasing strategy.
