Adam is the founding member of CLE Real Estate Group, a real estate investment company located just outside Cleveland, OH. After college, Adam began to pursue his passion for real estate investing with the purchase of his first single family property in 2013. Since then, Adam has completed more than 85 deals and accumulated a rental portfolio topping 13 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate. Adam has been a guest on numerous real estate podcasts and Business Insider as he shares his unique approach to value add real estate investing.
