I am new to real estate investing and looking to learn more. I am really interested in passive income through rental properties and possibly flipping/wholesaling. Just bought my first fully rented three unit property in July 2015 and things are going well. Experience: Purchased first 3-unit property in July 2015 and have managed it since then. Real Estate Goals: Looking to add a property or two a year for the next ten years to develop a portfolio that cash flows and can use to suppliment my income and eventually build from there. Currently Seeking: Property Management, Handyman, Landlording
