I began my Real Estate Investing career in 2002 investing in student housing properties at FSU in Tallahassee FL. We focused on the acquiring distressed properties to renovate, rent and sometimes re-sell to other student housing investors. While in FL I also learned the new construction side of the business working with one of the nation’s top home builders, Pulte Homes in Tampa FL. Upon moving to Norther NJ I began a career as a Financial Advisor and continued to invest in NJ.
