7/1/18 Update; I now have 42 units. Almost all of them in the area other than a 6 unit in Toledo. I have 4 units in construction and another 5 I have listed for sale or rent. I am in the process of researching to build some MFH and also looking to buy some bigger multi units. 10/20/16 Update; The last few months have been pretty crazy for me. I went from zero units to 28. Unfortunately we are entering winter and alot of my units are under construction. Everything that is done with construction is rented but I will have a bunch hit at the same time. I plan to try and sell off 4 units if possible.** I have previously invested in flipping houses and was not too successful in it so I stopped doing it. I am looking to build a base of cash flow to allow me the opportunity to do more in life. I have a well paying job but but who doesnt want more. Time for some change. I look forward to helping others and receiving help as well on my journey to financial freedom. Experience: I have invested in 3 flips in the past. Neither successful but each gave me great experience. I now have 8 units in a short period of less than 3 months and its great. Real Estate Goals: I am learning more to refine my goals but they are 1 year - $3,000/month cash flow (10/20) Once all units are filled I will cashflow about $5k/month. 2 year - $6,000/month cash flow 3 year - $10,000/month cash flow Currently Seeking: 28 units in less than 6 months. I am looking for more deals and more connections. It has been a wild ride so far and looking forward to grow more and more.
