My experience in real estate has been all over the board, more of an experiment to see what RE investing strategies work best for me. I started investing in real estate around 2000 doing fix and flips and in Corpus Christi, TX. Then I branched out to commercial real estate more specifically oil and gas tank farm rentals in South Texas. Around 2004 I began investing in other parts of Texas doing mainly buy and hold rentals around North Texas. As solely an appreciation play I invested in raw land on the outskirts of cities with wildlife agricultural exemption. Lately I have focused on industrial warehouses and buy and hold SFH. In the future I would really like to take a stab at large multi-family, I feel like all my experience and research is pointing me to this direction.
