I am a future real estate investor who is looking to land their first deal in the eastern neighborhoods of Cincinnati. I'm aiming to acquire my first SFH through creative financing such as subject to and seller financing. Although I've lived in the western suburbs of Chicago for my entire life, I graduated from Miami University - Oxford, OH in 2021 and decided to make Ohio my home! I currently work as a data analyst for a logistics company and have been employing smart personal finance techniques (thanks Mindy and Scott) to gather some additional savings for rental properties. The ideal upcoming year for me would include acquiring a AirBnB property through subject to/seller financing in the Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood (and others), acquiring a Triplex or Quadplex that cash flows while I occupy, and increasing my salary by showing my value in the workplace.
