I am a real estate entrepreneur. I am a multifamily syndicator. My team focuses on B and C type properties in B and C areas, ranging from 50 - 300 units. We target the southeastern U.S., specifically the Carolinas and Georgia. I'm currently an GP in; a 92 unit property in the Atlanta MSA, and a 48 unit property in SC that's set to close mid Sept. I'm also an LP in a 50 unit deal in Commerce, GA. I run a wholesaling business in Philadelphia, PA.
