Hey BP community! I'm a 21 year old whose ready to get involved in real estate. I'll take any advice/mentoring I can get. I knew real estate was what I wanted to do when my dad introduced us to Robert Kiyosaki's game Cashflow. Now I'm desperate for knowledge and I'm always looking for a way to expand it. I'm currently seriously looking for a multi family home to house hack with a 203k loan and private money for other major expenses.
