I have never comfortably existed within a traditional work environment. Walking through row after row of cubicles gives me anxiety, and I know at my core that I don't belong there. I am currently an engineer and I am ready to escape the monotony of a 9-5 job life. I have recently formed an LLC with my father and we have acquired our first 4 properties in Flint, Michigan. These units are within 1 block of Kettering University, a growing engineering school. These units will be used as rentals for students and my goal is to grow my portfolio to include as many rentals as I can. My goal is to be financially independent and escape the "normal" life that most people have become to accustomed to. Please reach out, I would love to meet new people with the same interests as mine!
