I am a Real Estate agent with eXp Realty. I focus on the lower area of westchester and sections of the Bronx. As an investor, I really enjoy working with other investors to help them understand the numbers to help drive their decisions. I pride myself on my ability to solve problems and am truly happy to help anyone with their real estate related questions or problems. I am a structural engineer, currently a construction project manager working on a 115 unit mixed use building tin New Rochelle, NY. I just got my NY state saleperson's License. I want to build a personal real estate empire like the investors I build buildings for. I have worked in rehabbing large multi unit properties, I have sales experience, teaching experience and I am an Eagle Scout. I am looking for more education from passionate, successful investors that are looking to have another key member on their team. I not only build structures but I build strong relationships!
