Adam Fenner

I'm Adam, based in Northwest Georgia. I work in corporate finance and accounting as a CPA. While I appreciate the stability of my job, I'm looking to build additional income streams and eventually transition away from the 9-5. I'm new to real estate investing and humble about my experience. I'm strong in financial analysis and learning quickly, but I have a lot to learn on the practical side. My focus is on fix-and-flip projects combined with rental properties, especially for the long-term tax benefits they can provide. I'd love to connect with investors in the Georgia/Tennessee area (or anyone willing to share ethical, sustainable advice). I travel frequently for work to Phoenix, SoCal, and New Jersey. As a retired Army veteran, I'm always happy to connect with fellow veterans. Looking forward to learning and contributing to this community!
