Hey guys I'm Adam. I'm a commercial real estate financial analysts. I size loans for big banks providing financing for MF, hotels, retail, office, and MHP properties. On a daily basis I look at properties all over the U.S, study market reports, and have a clear understanding of what lenders are looking for when providing financing.
