Adam Gardner

I’m Adam Gardner, a real estate investor based in the Charleston, South Carolina area, with a growing rental portfolio in Racine, Wisconsin. I focus on buy-and-hold and BRRRR investing to build dependable cash flow, long-term wealth, and financial independence for my family. Alongside investing, I’m an Operations Manager at Boeing. My background in manufacturing leadership shapes how I approach real estate: evaluate the numbers, solve problems, build reliable teams, and follow through. My investing experience includes rental ownership, renovation projects, tenant management, and managing properties from out of state. I’m pursuing single-family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily properties in Racine and Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Augusta, Georgia; and Orangeburg, Columbia, Charleston, and surrounding areas in South Carolina. I’m also open to other out-of-state markets where the numbers support sustainable cash flow and long-term growth. As an out-of-state investor, I value strong local relationships and dependable systems. I’m interested in connecting with investors who manage rentals remotely and professionals who can help with acquisition, renovation, leasing, and ongoing property operations. I’m here to build lasting relationships with fellow investors, investor-friendly agents, contractors, property managers, and lenders. I welcome conversations about local markets, deal analysis, financing, renovation costs, and growing a portfolio responsibly. I’m happy to share lessons from my own projects and learn from others’ experiences. Outside of work and real estate, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my daughters, and continuing to grow as a leader and investor. If you’re investing or working in these markets—or building an out-of-state portfolio—let’s connect and compare notes.
