Adam Gardner

I’m Adam Gardner, checking in from Ladson, South Carolina. By day, I work in aerospace manufacturing at Boeing, leading teams on the 787 program. It’s fast-paced and detail-driven, but it’s also taught me a lot about leadership, problem solving, and staying focused on long-term results. Those same skills are what pushed me into real estate. I started with a single-family rental in Racine, WI (730 Sydney Dr) and now I’m working on using that property’s equity (through a HELOC) to scale into more rentals across the Midwest and Southeast. My strategy is mostly buy-and-hold and BRRRR, with the goal of building steady cash flow and long-term wealth. I’m interested in markets like Racine/Milwaukee, Columbia, Orangeburg, and Augusta—affordable areas with solid rental demand. I’m all about finding good deals, running the numbers, and building a portfolio that works even while I’m managing it out of state. Outside of real estate, I love traveling (big fan of exploring Europe), spending time with my daughter, and always looking for new ways to grow as a leader and investor.
