I have been investing in "Buy and Hold" opportunities since 2013. I began by House-hacking the first property for two years before moving on. I have since quadrupled the number of units and will continue to expand my portfolio as I learn and progress. I have begun venturing into rehabs and hope to grow a successful business doing so. I recently obtained my real estate license which has proven to add value to my investing career.
