About myself
I own several units in Southern Wisconsin. i am developing a blended portfolio of both Long term and short term rental properties. I have managed listings on Airbnb since 2016 and operate a short term rental company that partners with other investors in Co-hosting their property to 2-5x the revenue compared to long term rentals. I also offer detailed market analysis for future potential STRs.
