Real Estate Goals: My goals are to use the house-hacking method to quickly get to my first goal of 25 units, with a $200 Cash Flow per door for a total of $5,000 per month Cash flow. Once I've reached my first goal of 25 units; I will transition to small apartment builds for a goal of 100 units at the $200 cash flow per door. When I reach that point I will be seeking out partners to grow with and expand our future in the real estate market. All the while building a team around us to expedite processes and let those who excel well in those specialty areas grow our teams business. Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking out Duplexes,Triplexes,Four-plexes using the House-Hacking method. Also advice from Investors, friendship, informative books or articles. Overall seeking out to grow my knowledge and business in real estate and meet some great people along the way.
