I worked for about 10 years in residential construction doing renovation as well as new construction. After getting an associates degree in building construction and civil engineering technology I decided to get a bachelors in construction management. Since graduating in 2008 I have been working for a large commercial construction company ($40+ million projects) I enjoy my work, but plan on supplementing and diversifying my income through real-estate investment.
