I am still a relatively new investor looking to do more deals in the future. Most recently I sold my 4 unit building in Atlanta and have begun looking for new investment opportunities. I am interested in potentially exploring vacation rentals, more multi-unit deals, or furnished corporate rentals. Experience: I have purchased one multifamily unit in Atlanta and looking forward to pursuing more multi unit or commercial deals in the future. I purchased my first deal while living in Japan, but have since moved back and look forward to continuing my investing. Real Estate Goals: Looking for a property for re-investing. I would also like to start attending meet-ups regularly, and potential work towards obtaining a real estate license. Currently Seeking: More knowledge and connections within the REI community, and more specifically getting connected with local investors. Would like to connect with investor agents in the greater Phoenix area.
