Received my B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from ODU in Norfolk, VA. Received my masters in Urban Affairs from NSU. Became a City Planner for large Metropolitan area. Now a planner for the Federal Government. As an active investor, my company's goal is to expand and own multiple multifamily complexes. Currently own 2 SFR rentals, one triplex and one 6 unit. Always looking for experience partners for large Multi-family units. Is able to see the vision in properties and is able to process rezoning and conditional use permits.
