My background is in finance and I enjoy analyzing deals. I am a part-time real estate investor who has been investing for over 10 years, mainly in out-of-state multi-family units. I would like to get more involved in real estate and eventually have enough properties so I can focus on investing full time. I currently own properties in California, Arizona, Florida and Virginia. My interests are mainly in multi-family and storage units.
