As an agent in Florida, I focus on Central and South Florida. I specialize in vacation homes and income properties. As an investor, I focus on SFH for lease to own and flips in Florida, Atlanta, GA, Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC. I do get the occasional one off property in other areas which I only hold short term. Interested in notes and multi-family properties. Also have a Real Estate Services Division offering Property Management, Interior Design & Staging, Real Estate Staffing and Real Estate Support Services.
