I've been in the real estate industry for over 20 years in a variety of capacities. I'm a retired Florida Realtor, I own a real estate investment company, and I've been working as a real estate marketing consultant since 2010. I also own a digital marketing agency centered around real estate and my clients have included: • real estate brokers & agents • real estate coaches • residential & commercial investors • hotels & vacation rental companies • mortgage brokers & lenders • travel & destination companies • commercial & residential sellers ... and everything in between. I've worked in many areas and capacities including real estate office management, administration, marketing, business development, investments, property management, rentals, and sales. I've written copy for publications like the Washington Post, e-books & content for real estate agents & brokers, and have also written & licensed 2 real estate guide-books for FSBO sellers & buyers in the Corpus Christi, TX market.
