In 2019 I left the Navy and started working as a handyman a local developer for free to learn about REI. In 2021, I had 2 six-figure exits from real estate deals. I focus on impact-driven investing to provide high-quality housing to San Diegans. Experience includes SFR & MFR flips, Househacking, and Private Lending. Relationships-first, profits-second type of guy.
