Interior Designer specializing in short-term rentals. House-hacking, BRRRR, DIYer working towards FIRE Howdy, I've Brrrr'd a property in HCOL Seattle by DIY adding a basement apartment and house hacking the last few years. Closed on a fixer upper in the North Tahoe area that we turned into a vacation rental. Just finished a brrrr in the Tucson,AZ market and hoping to close on my next in the coming months! I involuntarily talk real estate and interior design all day long - love learning all that I can to make my dollar go the furthest!
