Hi There! My name is Andy and I currently work from my home office in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, IL. I'm a Finance Manager for a private equity lender that specializes in loans to healthcare professionals. My areas of expertise are in commercial and personal lending, a bit of underwriting, a lot in sales and some risk analysis thrown in the mix as well. While I am admittedly very much a novice in real estate investing, I got a small taste of the lending side while I worked on SBA (Small Business Administration) loans. Within the past three years to date, I've personally negotiated and closed 250+ commercial loans totaling over $24MM and over $7MM of 100+ personal loans. This has also all been done over the phone and by email which has provided an invaluable way to continuously develop my negotiation and sales techniques as it applies to the financial sector. I'm self motivated, driven, and persistent in everything that I do and love meeting other people who share the same approach to life. While I am confident, I like to remind myself to stay humble with the opportunities that present themselves to me so I can always continue to learn and develop even further.
