I've been obsessed with real estate since age 12. Started in tech after studying electrical engineering at UW, bought my first property, and never looked back. Since 2010 I've brokered 700+ transactions totaling over $500M in volume across Seattle, the Eastside, and the SF Bay Area. I am also an active real estate developer focused on urban infill, middle housing, and multifamily in Seattle and San Francisco.
