Hello! My name is Adrian. I grew up in the Philippines. My family was not the richest of families. It was ingrained in me to work hard for what I want and nothing in life was free. I always envied those who have because the gap of the "have-nots" was huge from where I lived. I said to myself "why not me?". From there, I changed my mindset. I believed that I alone was the reason for the limits in my life. My family and I moved to the US in 2011. In the US, the gap between the have's and the have-nots were not so big. I knew that if I didn't succeed, it was because I didn't strive hard enough. I learned as much as I could about finances, leadership and personal development. There, I ran into real estate. I decided that this is going to be the vehicle I'm going to use to achieve financial freedom. I left the US Army in May 2022. I am currently working as the Marketing Manager for Cash Flow Portal. I'm an eager learner and am very patient. I believe to achieve goals that are bigger than myself, I can only do it with others who are better than I am. I guess that's why I work well with people. Experience: 2019 - purchased Quadplex 2021 - purchased Duplex Goal: To have $100,000/month net cash flow through large apartment complexes.
