Experienced custom builder / remodeler looking to diversify my income stream by investing in small(ish) multi-family units near Houston. I am currently a Project Manager with a small company in The Woodlands that does roofing, remodeling, and new residential and light commercial construction, where I run a handful of superintendents and sales guys, in addition to estimating and budgeting.
