I have loved and dreamed of real estate at least since I was paying rent in NYC in the 80's and 90's. Understanding and applying the concepts took a little longer. I had a few detours into various creative endeavors including writing, filmmaking and bartending. I've lived in NJ, NYC, Providence, RI, LA and now 29 Palms, which is the underdog town of the Hi-Desert. I've been involved as an an investor or as an agent in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I deal with candor to anyone and everyone and look out keenly for the interests of my clients, whether buyers or sellers. Investing is wonderful if you proceed with cautious optimism and high-grade common sense. I am bullish on our region for investment as long as you understand some of the quirks of each sub-area and also run numbers ruthlessly. I don't like to "sell" homes and I'm pretty blunt. Honesty is the best policy.
