I am a business consultant with Bank of America Merchant Services. I have been doing this for the past few months. Prior to that I was the Assistant Branch Manager for Hertz for about 3 years as well as a paramedic for around 7 years. I want to get into apartment investing because I enjoy my job with Bank of America Merchant Services and I want investments that are a bit more passive than wholesaling or rehabbing properties.
