I’m a real estate investor and the founder of Pathwaize—an AI-powered CRM I built as an active investor to help wholesalers, flippers, and landlords never miss another motivated seller. I started investing at 22 and have since closed more than 900 single-family and multifamily units, including over 200 flips. Today, my focus is helping investors use AI and proven systems to close more deals with fewer tools and less chaos.
