Bay Area is an expensive market and I am not a big fan of house hacking so I am looking to invest out of state. I am focussing on San Antonio and Austin, TX with main focus on cashflow - 1% guideline, and cash on cash return - aiming for 10%. I am looking for new homes which are move-in ready and require little to no renovation work. I am targeting both SFH and multi-family homes - duplex, triplex with focus on maximizing cashflow I would love to connect with like minded investors and exchange market info, share referrals for RE agents, property management companies, contractors etc. and get to know each other in general.
