Adam Gratt

I was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA and moved to the coast for work in 2014. I am focusing on wholesaling in the Ventura and Bakersfield areas and eventually move into investing in rental properties. I am the owner of Gratt Home Buyers which works in two main markets from Ventura county to Kern county. In August of this year, 2021, I obtained my real estate license and am currently a Realtor with Keller Williams.
