I'm an IT Manager for a data analytics company and have been working with computers since 1984. My wife and I are originally from Southern IL but I moved to the Chicago area for college and we've stayed in the S/W suburbs ever since. Three sons (27/25/21) and active members of the community and our church. Avid fan of Dr. Who, Star Trek, and all things SciFi. Experience: Fairly new to Buy and Hold investing. We purchased a Chicago turnkey SFH from GC Realty back in 2016 and just recently purchased 3 Memphis area turnkey SFH's from Memphis Invest. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I are looking to acquire buy and hold properties and generate passive income. Currently Seeking: Looking towards starting investing in multi-family investments in the near term.
