By day I am a trained Oceanographer and by night an aspiring RE investor based in the Middle East. Real Estate Goals: I am focused on acquiring residential properties for long-term wealth building through buy and hold cash-flowing investments. I am also interested in Fix/Flip through partnership with an experienced investor, hard money and note investing. Currently Seeking: Partnership with investors interested in working on BRRRR projects so we can keep reusing our cash to generate a portfolio of rentals. Long term, once I establish a track record I hope to then be able to approach banks and arrange my own property financing to take this further. Education: MSc in Oceanography, University of Southampton, UK and BSc in Biology and Computer Science, Keele University, UK.
