About myself
I sold Enterprise software for 17 years - read Rich Dad Poor Dad and started acquiring buy and hold real estate in 2011 with a goal of replacing my W2 income. Today I continue to buy rental properties, do occasional joint-venture deals and I also do trust deed private lending. My focus is on passive income.
