I'm a full-time engineer and part time real estate investor. My partners and I specialize in buy and hold and focus on low-income housing (Section 8/HCV) funded housing. That being said, we have completed a few successful flips along the way and are primarily targeting multifamily properties at the moment. Looking to expand my portfolio in the Mobile area and also will consider deals in Dallas, TX and Nashville, TN.
