Ahmed Sublaban

I'm 23 years old currently living in Lodi, Ca who is very interested in real estate. I've been an entrepreneur since I was 15, but decided to take a step towards a healthy and stable future. I graduated from California State University, Sacramento and have a B.A. in communications. I’m looking to purchase my first multi-family in 2019 or 2020. I'm mostly interested in multi family homes, but single family, or larger multi-unit properties are not out of the question. I listen to the BP podcast daily on my commute to work. I have no debt and I'm a big saver. I'm looking for a mentor who I can build a great relationship with and pick up experience and guidance.
