I own and operate a growing business (non real estate related) with my husband since 2006. It's my full time job and top priority, however real estate has always been a passion of mine since I purchased my first house at 21 yo. I have a long standing love for construction, renovation, interior design and just homes in general. I am thrilled that these things are critical tools for financial freedom. That's the cherry on the top for me! I intend to continuously, gradually grow my portfolio both out of necessity and for the pure enjoyment of it all. Current portfolio consists of 1 single family rental, 1 mid-term rental and 1 multi-family. I also manage a short term rental of a tuscan style home in wine country. (no, I did not collect one of each on purpose. It just happened that way! ha!) We are currently undergoing renovations on our newest live-in fixer and I'm doing tenant improvements and an office space renovation for our company's commercial building.
