Alternative Investment & Consulting, LLC (AIC, LLC) is an alternative investment consulting firm offering various services, including consulting on real estate investments. I am also a licensed real estate agent with White House Real Estate offering my services as a buyer/seller agent. I have been in the real estate industry since 1999 as investor and became licensed in 2002. My area of specialty is real estate investments using Self-Directed Retirement Plans.
