I'm a newbie to real estate investing, I've gotten my feet wet with education and am now ready to dive in :) My partner and I are focusing on acquiring some active income by rehabbing and wholesaling properties which will eventually lead to buying and holding for long-term passive income. We're excited to grow as a company! Experience: We have completed 1 fix and flip. We had a rental in Northern California. We have experience with house hacking.
