✅ Completed the new full construction bottom up of a two-unit condominium building. ✅ Converted 3 bedrooms / 1.5 bathrooms into 4 bedrooms / 2 bathroom with the layout change in basement and flipped. In 2019, my goal is to flip a fully gutted property and 1-2 properties with cosmetic repairs and to build networking with investors for potential joint ventures and leads for off-market properties, preferably in DC but I am open to areas outside of DC.
