I am a Texas Tech Graduate from the Rawls Business College in Business Economics (10'). I also hold an M.B.A. in Management (13'). I am currently building my seller & buyers list as an investor. My focus is primarily Wholesaling / Buy and Hold / Seller Financing / Note Investing / Flipping. I follow the BP Podcast and other Real Estate related Investing podcasts while picking up a book or so to learn more strategies and processes. I attend the Lubbock REIA meetings for networking, deal finding, sellers and buyers. I am seeking business partners who do this business the right way. Wholesaling is not the 'easy' route, it's a daily grind.
